Why Hitting the Snooze Button on My Alarm Doesn't Result in More Fatigue

Some people say snoozing your alarm clock makes you wake up worse during the day, but new research suggests this isn't the case. Those who snoozed were typically female, on average six years younger than non-snoozers, and four times more likely to report that they were night owls.
